Anyone that has have been doing this for a while, can tell you that it takes a lot of time and effort to learn everything we do at Alpine CrossFit. It is one thing to know and do the movements properly, which in itself is hard enough, but we feel that the “why” you are doing the movements is also just as important. This goes along the lines of our philosophy that anyone can make you SORE, but a good program will make you BETTER!
