Workout of the Day – 12 Days of Christmas WOD for all classes today
For Time (35min time cap):
1 Overhead Squat 95/65
2 Strict Handstand Push-ups
3 Jumping Lunges (per leg)
4 Goblet Squats 70/55
5 Toes To Bar
6 Pull-ups
7 KB Swing 70/55
8 Push-ups
9 Deadlifts 95/65
10 Box Jumps 24″/20″
11 Sit-ups
12 Thrusters 95/65
 
*This is performed just like the song: 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, 5-4-3-2-1, and on and on until all 12 WONDERFUL days are complete =)
