2017 Legends Competition at Alpine CrossFit Schedule (Last Update 3/21/2017)

– April 1st: Individual Invites Will be Sent Out
– April 10th: Legends Registration goes LIVE!
– May 15th: WOD 1 Release (And each week a new WOD will be released)
– May 30th: Legends Registration Closes at Midnight
-June 16th-17th: 2017 Legends Competition At Alpine CrossFit

Individual Rx Athletes Standards Lists(Male/Female Standards)

-These standards/weights are to be expected in WOD type formats for multiple repetitions.

  • Deadlift: 275/185
  • Press: 135/95
  • Snatch: 185/125
  • Clean & Jerk: 225/155
  • Kettlebell Swing: 70/55
  • Wall-Ball: 20/14
  • Stone Load: 135/90
  • Sled Push: 155/105
  • Strict Pull-Ups -> Kipping Pull-Ups -> Chest to Bar Pull-Ups -> Muscle-Ups (Rings or Bar)
  • Kipping Toes to Bar
  • Ring Dips
  • Box Jump: 30/24
  • Pistols
  • Strict Handstand Push-Ups → Kipping Deficit Handstand Push-Ups -> Handstand Walks
  • 500m Row: Sub 1:40/1:50
  • Double Unders
  • 1-Mile Run: Sub 7 Minutes/8 Minutes

-Note: All Loaded Movements are Subject to a Max Weight Test Format.

Individual Masters Athletes Standards Lists (Male/Female; 40+)

-Masters division will be a unified division; however, we will have different intensity levels within (40-49, 50-59, 60+)

  • Deadlift: 185-225/135-185
  • Press: 75-115/ 55-85
  • Snatch: 95-135/65-95
  • Clean and Jerk: 135-185/ 95-135
  • Kettlebell Swing: 40-55/ 20-40
  • Wall-Ball: 20-14/10-14
  • Stone Load: 70-95/ 45-70
  • Sled Push: 90-135/Empty Sled- 115
  • Ring Rows -> Kipping Pull-Ups -> Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • AbMat Sit-Ups -> Knees to Elbows -> Toes to Bar
  • Push-Ups -> Hand-Release Push-Ups
  • Box Jump: 24/20
  • Walking Lunges (Loaded and Unloaded)
  • Rowing & Running
  • Single Unders -> Double Unders
