Workout of the Day
CrossFit Games Open Workout 14.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lb / 55lb)

If you competed 14.1 this past weekend, your WOD will be a 10mim AMRAP Goat. Pick two movements that are you “goats” (movements that challenge you) Your coach will assist in movement choices and reps.
