We are now 2 WEEKS into the Paleo/Zone challenge and EXCELLENT work so far everyone!  We are really seeing some great performance results and body composition changes.  Its really remarkable after only two weeks!
Please please PLEASE talk to your coaches if you are struggling with anything.
