Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Warm-up (No Measure)

Specific Warm-Up
Go over each movement in WOD

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute Clock

3 Minutes for the Following:

500/400 m row

Then, in the remaining time…

AMRAP:

-5 Burpee’s

-5 Strict Pull ups

2 Minute Rest b/w Rounds

-Start each round where the last left off.

Cool Down Mobility
