2 Rounds: 3min AMRAP: Run 400m then max rep Double Unders in remaining time. Rest 2min 3min AMRAP: Run 400m then max rep Toes to Bar in remaining time. Rest 2min 3min AMRAP: Run 400m then max rep DB thrusters 35/25 in remaining time. Rest 2min **Scale the run appropriately to take 90sec or less during your first round. Your coach will help you modify if needed after the first round. Then you will have roughly 90sec each round to perform max reps of each movement. Keep separate scores for each movement for each round. Go HARD on the run and FAST through the reps! Speaking of running…. A week from this Saturday – the 22nd – Alpine CrossFit will be sponsoring the CATS CRAWL which is a 5k run/jog/walk/sleep-in fundraiser for Arvada West High School. The cost to participate is $25 and the profits go directly to helping A West High School. We have registration forms at the gym and you can also register on race day. Alpine will have a tent at the event along with some freebee give-a-ways for burpees and stuff (duh!). Race starts at 8:30am. Please come participate in this event!!
