“The 12 Days of Christmas” WOD
1(0sec) L-sit
2 Pistol squats
3 Handstand push-ups
4 V-ups
5 Burpees
6 Plyo lunges (each leg)
7 Over head squats (with a broomstick, pvc pipe, ski pole, small child, etc)
8 Sit-ups
9 Broad jumps
10 Clapping push-ups
11 Walking lunges (each leg)
12(00m) Run

How this WOD works
Day 1: 10sec L-sit
Day 2: 2 pistol squats, 10 sec L-sit
Day 3: 3 handstand push-ups, 2 pistol squats, 10 sec L-sit
etc, etc til you do all 12 days!
This WOD requires little to no equipment so everyone can do it on your own.  Make the necessary modifications (assisted pistol squats, handstand push-ups in the piked position with feet on a chair, etc).  It will not be considered Rx unless you scream “fiiiiiive burrrrrppeeeeeeeeeees!!!” on day five   =P
If you would like to rest Christmas day then please do this Sunday.  Invite family members to join in too.  Misery loves company!
