Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner 20 min AMRAP:

-20 DUs (Rx+=30)

-10 DB Snatch (Rx=50/35) (Rx+=70/50)

-7/5 HSPUs
This is a partner workout where you can switch however you wish, but for reps to count, the non-working partner must belly-hold a stone (115/70)
