From CrossFit.com: For the wall climbs, start with your toes and chest on the deck, walk your feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall, and then descend back to the original position.

Heading out to Park City tomorrow for the CrossFit Sports Series Ski and Board. Alpine will be well represented and looking forward to a great time and meeting other CrossFitters from around the country, including coach Glassman!
Note: classes are canceled for Monday the 16th. I apologize for the inconvenience everyone.  We will instead post a WOD on Sunday and Monday for everyone to do on their own.  Get a timer out, warm up the garage, and go hard!!! There will be additional classes on Tuesday the 17th at 12:00pm and 3:30pm
The photo above is the road trip food I will be taking for the long drive each way.  I know many of you travel as well and also struggle to maintain your paleo-zone lifestyle while on the road.  This feast of lean meats, veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar is a simple combo and only took me a few minutes to prepare.  I’m not trying to get all Martha Stewart up in this road trip, I’m just trying to maintain my paleo-zone habits rather than having to grub on gas station garbage.  I enjoy eating all of these foods pictured and never feel as if I am sacrificing anything to keep this lifestyle.  I promise that you can do this too while you travel.
