Welcome to Alpine, Rachelle and Mich!
All CrossFit newbies must enroll in our Foundations Course prior to attending regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.  This course will teach you the form and technique of functional movements, philosophy of CrossFit, performance driven nutrition, and the science behind CrossFit training. Foundations is mandatory for your long-term success with us at Alpine.
The Foundations course is a two week class which meets twice per week (ie four classes).  Foundations classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm.  There are two courses per month which begin on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  In order to maintain a semi-private environment for efficient coaching, Foundations enrollment is limited to three individuals per course.  Participants must complete all four classes prior to joining our regular CrossFit classes.  No exceptions!  If you cannot make the scheduled classes or have to miss a class, then you must schedule private training with a coach to complete the course.
Our next Foundations course starting February 1st is currently FULL.  You may still enroll in personal training to fulfill your Foundations requirement.  We have TWO spots available for the course starting February 15th.
