We need to brag about this girl….Congrats to Lori who ran her first half marathon this past weekend.  Her first 13.1 miler at 60-years-young! How inspiring is that!?!?  You can find Lori at the 530 or 630pm classes and please be sure to congratulate her on being 1) very inspiring 2) most likely still very sore and 3) more FIT than you! =)  Congrats Lori!!

Week 1 of Friday progressions
Alternate movements, rest 60sec between sets:
A) Pause Front Squats, 3×3 with 3sec pause at bottom (aim to work at 70% of your Front squat 1RM)
B)  Strict Pull-ups, 3x max rep (record total reps)
