*Saturday YOGA at 10:00am with Coach Emily!!
Because of this we will have a slightly modified Saturday schedule:
8:00am & 9:00am classes
10:00am Yoga
8-10am Weightlifting with Coach Dylan
 

Please take advantage and come do some Yoga!!


 
 
Workout of the Day
4 x 50m Sled Push
*Increasing weight each set
*Pole to Pole = 25m (so down & back per set)
 
*Practice your Rope Climbs between each set of Sled Push (because we have three sleds and will need to share anyways =]  #wearlongsocks
Rx: Accumulate 10 Rope Climbs (2 before and after each Sled Push)then,
 
 
For Time:
70 Toes To Bar
*Every time you come off the bar, perform a 200m run with a 45/25 plate.
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
