Find your 2 rep max.

then
18 min Team Rabbit Sled Push
Stations:
Abmat situps
Plank Hold
KB Thumpers
Toes to Bar or Knees to Elbows

While 1-2 team members push the sled down & back, max reps at each station. Rotate.
Teams with more than 5 athletes will load the sled heavier and 2 ppl will push together.
