Three Rounds For Time:
Run 400m
Rest 1min
*All out max effort. Maintain consistency each round!
*Indoor 400m = 8 laps (down & back, wall to wall) in the gym if its too dark for comfort.
then, after a significant rest (~10min), start as a group:

5 Stone to Shoulders 115/70
10 Burpees
*All out go hard!
