Alright you Turkey Challenge Fans!!!  Here’s the deets for our athletes at this weekend’s epic event:
Jeremy (Men’s Masters) – 9:00am & 1:30pm
Mikey, Emily, Ryan, MJ Team “TANKSgiving” – 9:06am & 1:24pm
Ashley & Laura (plus Tyler & Dan) Team “Guns N Buns” – 9:42am & 2:12pm
RZ, Damien (plus Janet & Karen) Team “Alpine-NoCoast-Cutthroat” – 11:12am & 3:58pm

Location: MBS CrossFit in Broomfield (on Jefco Airport!)
MBS CROSSFIT  10900 W. 120TH AVE. BROOMFIELD, CO
 
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
We will have an Alpine tent at the event with FOUR WALLS and HEATERS so it will be WARM!!  We will have LOTS of spectators coming from Alpine and you all are welcome at the tent but it will be tight quarters.  Also the tent is lime green (duhhhh) so if you can’t find us there is a 7,000 bupee penalty.  PARKING will be limited at this event so plan an additional 15min.
 
WE WILL HAVE REGULAR SATURDAY CLASSES (8am, 9am, 10am) AND SUNDAY OPEN GYM AT ALPINE.

*Work up to a heavy single (not a PR attempt)

For Time:
50 Double Unders
20 Overhead Squats 95/65
50 Double Unders
15 Overhead Squats 115/80
50 Double Unders
10 Overhead Squats 135/95
50 Double Unders
5 Overhead Squats 155/105
 
*Scale weights as needed but be sure to increase each set.  Sub with overhead lunges if your OH Squat is not yet developed.
*Scale the number of DU’s or perform 2x singles
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
