Workout of the Day
Three sets of:
Bench Press x 8 reps @ tempo of 20X0
Rest 15-20 seconds
Dynamic Push-Ups x 10-12 reps @ tempo of 10X0
Rest 2- 3 minutes

then

4 Minute AMRAP X 4 Rounds
Row 500 Meters
Wall Ball Shots x 20 reps
Pull-Ups x Max Reps
2 Minutes of REST after each round
