Get ready for some rowing for the month of January! We are getting back to our Monthly Challenge. We as a gym, collectively, will try to row for 1,000,000 meters in 31 days. Any rowing will count towards this goal. Warm-ups, Cool-downs, workouts, extra fat burning on your own after finishing christmas cookies, count every meter rowed!


Holiday Schedule for this weekend:
Saturday: normal 8am members only, 9am and 10 am Free Class
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: Modified schedule 8am, 9:30am only

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete 3 rounds each for TOTAL TIME of:
Row 500 Meters
8 Front Squats (225/155 lbs – from the ground)

Then, 3 rounds each person of:

Row 500 Meters
8 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
