Reminder, only one 8:00am class this Saturday (no Free classes scheduled) due to Alpine hosting the Holiday Weightlifting Meet.
 
Workout of the Day
10min to Practice Clean and Jerks (Power Clean to Push Jerk)
– Work up to heavy singles; no more than 85% of 1RM
 
Then,
12min AMRAP
1 Clean and Jerk 155/105
10 Burpees
2 Clean and Jerks 155/105
10 Burpees
3 Clean and Jerks 155/105
10 Burpees
4/10, 5/10, etc etc
*Score is the ascending number of C&J you complete plus partial reps and burpees (I can hear the groans now…”Burpees twice in one week!?!” =)
