Workout of the Day

10min Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) perform one complex:
1 Snatch (full) + 1 Overhead Squat
*Go heavier than last week Friday
4min Max Effort: Burpees to 6″ target
Rest 1min, then
4min Max Effort: Thrusters 105/75
Rest 1min, then
4min Max Effort: Rope Climbs
*Record three separate scores, one for each 4min effort
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
