The Open is here! Try to remember these few things:
1. Know yourself as an athlete. If it’s better to scale a workout, then scale it. You’ll still get cheered on just as hard and you’ll be healthy to WOD another day!
2. Represent for your teams! Wear your name, colors, theme, costumes, or bring signs and decorations. We want this team competition to be a blast and a chance to throw all kinds of fun spirit around the gym.
3. (Might be the most important) Have fun!

Workout 17.1
For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box/ Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in box.
Scales will be lighter Dumbbell Weights, Lower Height or varied box jump over standards. 

Time cap: 20 minutes
