New training log batch is in!  If you are serious about getting results this year, you had better get one this week (if you aren’t currently using one).  There….I just forced everyone to get one!  Seriously, there are so many things that we cannot log for you (ie daily skill work, 5-3-1 strength sets, burn out sets, daily emotions like why the WOD was incredibly hard because you had rice last night for dinner, etc).  We will keep the logs at the gym for you and they are absolutely imperative to stay up to date with.  Please take charge of your health and fitness and make keeping a log a priority.
