16.4 is an awesome combination for a chipper!! Love it. QUICK 16.4 NOTE: I would NOT recommend doing this workout twice due to the volume of Deadlifts. There are only 3-4 of you who have done a/some of the Open workouts twice for a second chance score. Treat this one just like it should be done – hit it once as hard as you can and be done!
Please remember that there is a NEW standard for the HSPU which started last year (2015 Open). Please use the dry erase markers on the walls to mark the HSPU line as tape will not stick to our cinder block through the workout.
