Complete the following in as few of sets as possible.  
Not for time and rest as needed.  
Complete as a “chipper” and record number of sets per movement to complete (ie 10-10-10-10-10 = 5 sets of Pistols)
50 Alternating Pistols (no pausing or losing balance)
40 Ring Dips
30 Strict Pull-ups
 
*Scale the Pistols to “Rolling Pistols or Candlestick Rolls” (click for demo) with using your hands to press behind you off the ground

Box Jumps 24″/20″
