Saturday we will be doing another classic CrossFit Benchmark WOD which we haven’t programmed in a while – the Filthy 50!  Go ahead and tell your friends, family, Facebookers and bring whoever you would like to suffer with…I mean…workout with =)  #MiseryLovesCompany
 
Workout of the Day
For Time:
65 Thrusters 95/65
 
*EMOM perform ONE of the following:
3 Muscle-ups (or scale the # down)
3 Strict Pull-ups
20 Double Unders
20 Lateral Barbell Hops
 
 
*Choose one option and stick with it.  This may vary from person to person depending on what movements you have/have not trained this week.
 
 
then, post-WOD strength after a significant break: 

 
Deadlift
1×5 @ 75%
1×5 @ 80%
1×5 @ 85%
