Today’s workout is what you have all been asking for. In the last couple weeks we have had some straight cardio wods, that you all enjoyed so much. Now we add a little twist to Tuesday’s wod and add a few squats. Go HAM sammich on this one. GET SOME!

**For Back Squats, clean, and bring from front rack to back rack but PLEASE PLEASE be careful as you lower the weight down onto your big meaty traps, NOT your neck bones **OUCH**
