2×50′ Sled Pulls (with straps) facing sled/walking backwards AHAP & AFAP
2×10 Tire Sledgehammer Hits (per side) AHAP & AFAP & AAAP (accurate!)
3×20 Core of Choice
 
 
….actually everything ^^^^ is functional about this.  Just go ahead and add in some bicep curls and stare at yourself in some mirrors….that we don’t have…
