 Workout of the Day
*STARTING TODAY WE WILL BE USING THE CROSSOVER SYMMETRY SYSTEM FOR EVERY DAY WARM-UP.  Coach Jen and JC will be introducing it in every class and next week’s warm-ups will be dedicated to dialing in the basic Crossover Symmetry warm-up.  Here are two detailed videos to get the ball rolling for ya’s.

Week 5 of 6, Day 3: Back Squat 6×2 @ 80%
 
 
*Light volume day; do not exceed 80%!  Rest 60sec between sets
*Mix it up today!  Try out the safety squat bar or add bands or chains.
