Quick announcement. Friday & Sat we are doing two benchmark-ish workouts.  Friday you have THREE options and Saturday we are doing the infamous “Lumberjack 20“.  Also, Saturday we will only have TWO CLASSES at 8:00am & 9:30am. These classes are welcome to family, friends, and public as well as a FREE trial class.  Enjoy my friends  =P
