Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.

Where you start your first single will depend on how much progress you have made during the last 5 weeks.  Some of you have easily rep-ed out multiple sets of 3′s and 4′s at 95%.  If this is you, then you will want to start your singles at 100% of your previous 1RM.  In general, start your first single at 85-90%. You should aim for 25/50lbs more and aim to hit your best set at the 4th or 5th single.  Please use a spotter today even if you are advanced and comfortable with dumping a HBBS.  GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!  PROVE TO YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE STRONGER MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY THAN YOU EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE!!!
