Cleaning WOD Friday at 6:30pm.  Please join us for a unique-once-every-two-years kinda clean! We still would like to have about 5 more volunteers.  Pleeease come hang out thank you!!

Workout of the Day
Horizontal Ring Row 8-8-8-8
*Use a box for your feet to get completely horizontal.  Add weight if possible.
*Chest to rings.  
*Stay tight.  No whips or nae nae-ing allowed.
*Rest 60sec between sets.

3 Strict Handstand Push-ups
1 Power Clean 205/135
*Sub the 3x HSPU with 1x Wall Walk.
