For you competitors, there is a really fun looking competition with our friends over at NoCoast CrossFit. It would be a great opportunity for you guys to test your strength with a 1RM Snatch, 1RM Clean & Jerk plus test your conditioning with one single Metcon. PLUS there are weight classes! Workout of the Day
Today you have the option of either a classic CrossFit wod Cindy thats fantastic for everyone, OR you can challenge yourself with another classic wod thats a step up in difficulty. Have fun!

“Cindy”
As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

“Mary”
As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Pistols (1-legged squats)
15 Pull-ups

Non-Functional Friday!!
Superset 3×10 Straight bar Curls, coupled with 3×10 Banded Tricep extensions
Superset 3×15 Abmat situps, coupled with 3×10 Toes to Rings
