 I was told I forgot these major details for Thursday’s WOD: mirrors, unnecessary 5min rest between sets, legit curl bars, investing in multiple preacher curl machines (which max out at 200lbs of course), and ummm oh yeah more mirrors!!  Thanks for the laughs everyone….that was a lot of fun.
