Warm-up Full body, 10 min (No Measure)

3 Rounds 30 sec on each movement, switch at 15 seconds for unilateral movements:

-Lying Straight Leg Raises

-SA KB Swings


-Alternating Spiderman

6 DB Deadlifts

6 DB Thrusters (50/35)
