This is similar to last year’s bday WOD for Jillie but since her fitness has EXPONENTIALLY increased over the year we added a little time domain factor in this year’s celebration:

Just a heads up to Oly athletes, we are a little over half way through our current Olympic WL program.

Clean & Jerk – 60% x (4+1), 70% x (4+1), 80% x (4+1) x 3
Snatch High-Pull – 90% x 4 x 4
Press – 4 x 5
