Legends Comp Starts Today!! Fri 6-19-2015 & Sat 6-20-2015

Reminder of our modified Friday & Saturday Schedule:
Friday – 530am, 630am, 800am & 1200pm classes only
Saturday – No classes.  Come cheer on our ELEVEN ACF competitors participating in our Legends Comp.  Good luck to Leisa, Morgan, Laura, Heather, Bad Bob, Jason N, Ryan, GDoyle, Pete, Damien, and Tommy!!  (<—They compete in that order starting at 5:00pm until 9:00pm)

Rest 1 minute
Tabata Row (for calories)
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Pull-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-ups
* Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times.
*Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps in each of the eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running.
