*You have 1 minute to get 30 KB swings. If you do not get 30 KB swings in 1 minute, count a penalty.
*Perform this workout one minute on and one minute off. Total time is 10 minutes.
*For every penalty counted, perform a 1000 meter row.
We have a SWIM W.O.D. scheduled for this Wednesday at 7pm at Meyer’s Pool.  So far we have five people confirmed and we need more!  Remember, the final line of World Class Fitness is 100 words is “Regularly learn and play new sports.”  If you are a rookie swimmer, this is a great opportunity to learn how the proper technique with your fellow CrossFit colleagues.  Lets have some fun and learn something new.
Because of this class there will be NO 6PM CROSSFIT CLASS ON WEDNESDAY
