For time:
75 Handstand Push-Ups
*At the beginning of each minute perform 5 box jumps 30″/24″
*10min time cut-off
 *Scale to box HSPU or pike push-ups if you need more than two Abmats
This is very similar to Friday 130125 from the CrossFit Mainsite.  Here is CrossFit Games Competitor, Dan Bailey murdering this one and making us all look like fools 🙂
