Set the Bar at shoulder height while sitting on floor with legs straight out (sit in an “L”) Press as you would a strict shoulder press and be mindful not to lean back.  If necessary, have a partner stand behind you with a knee just behind your back as a reminder. Your weight will be lower than your standing strict press.
