Workout of the Day
Every four minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) of:
Bench Press x 6
Pull-Ups x Max Reps (OR…Strict Pull-Ups x Max Reps)

*over the 4 rounds, try to increase weight on bench press working up to a heavy set of 6
**Do Strict pullups if you can do at least 5 unbroken, otherwise do kipping or banded kipping

then

For time:
50/30 Push-Ups
300 Meter Run
30 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
300 Meter Run
50/30 Push-Ups
300 Meter Run
