Congrats to Coach Robby and Coach Sarah for taking 3rd place at this last weekends partner competition at CrossFit Roots! Pretty sure it was all Sarah’s abs that pulled them through. Great job you two!

Workout of the Day
Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Clean x 1.1.1.1 (4 singles every 3 minutes)
(rest 10 seconds between each single)

then

Three sets for times of:
250 Meter Row
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
20 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lb)
Rest 2 minutes
