Back Squat
Week 3 of 5:  Back Squat 3×5
*Linear progression each week, add 5lbs from last week for 3 working sets of 5 reps

Minute 1: 10 Sumo Deadlifts 225/155
Minute 2: 14 Pistols (Sub 20 Jumping Lunges)
Minute 3: 50 Unbroken Double Unders (Scale number or perform attempts)
