Front Squat
Work up to 3×3 at 80%
For max reps:
Tabata DB Thruster 35/25
Tabata Pull-up
*This will be alternating Tabata rounds between Thrusters & Pull-ups (ie 20sec of Thrusters/10sec rest/20 sec Pull-ups/10sec rest for 8 rounds)
