Happy birthday to the D$!!  D$ is approaching OG status so he put in a special request last week for his Bday WOD.

Workout of the Day
Week 4 of 5, Day 1: Back Squat progression
3×5 Back Squat
*Add 5lbs from last week for 3 working sets of 5 reps
 
then,
 
3 sets 50′ yoke carry as heavy as possible (see video below)
 
then,
 
For time:
1mile Air Dyne
50 Sit-ups
1mile Air Dyne
 
then,
 
post-WOD, 3×10 DB Tricep Kickbacks.
