Holiday Weightlifting Meet Registration Opens Today!  (Monday morning)

The MBS Turkey Challenge TEAM REGISTRATION opens Monday at 9:00am.  I know there are several teams interested in registering at Alpine.  We plan to have two Open teams and one Rx team.  This is an event not to miss:

Weightlifting: 6-8am & 5-7pm

I came up with this conditioning workout about two years ago after we got our new 145lb stones.  Check out how much fun I had moving that stone.  Hope you do too =)
