Monday strength – Week 5, Cycle 2
Deadlift – 1×5 add 5lbs/2.5lbs from week 3
No touch & go; taking 5 sets to work up to your 5 rep max
 
For time:
Mini “Diane” followed by a mini “Randy”
 
Mini Diane = 15-12-9  Deadlifts 225/155  and Handstand Push-ups
Mini Randy = 50 Power snatches  75/53
 
Use one barbell for both the DL and PS – move quickly to transition your barbell weight.
