Congratulations to Pancake (Jimmy) and Adele on their recent engagement!  Here’s to the future Mr & Mrs Pancake  =P  =P  

Workout of the Day – After a 5 weeks total (and a couple heavy weeks) we are now entering a DE-LOAD week.  Keep weights light and move FAST. Over the next four weeks, we will be emphasizing more conditioning and a little less on the strength components.  Now is the time to work on that engine =]
