 Workout of the Day
Front Squat 3×3 @ 85%
Then,
Back Squat 3×8 @ same weight
*Rest 90sec between sets
 
then
 
“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
 *If you don’t have DU’s, sub lateral jumps over your Abmat
 
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
 
Heads up! WE ARE ONLY TWO MONTHS FROM THE 2014 CROSSFIT OPEN!  With that said I have picked TWO previous 2013 Open workouts which will be programmed this week (Tuesday and Friday).  Compare your scores from 9-10 months ago and get ready for the 2014 season!
 
 I’m pretty sure there is an old school video out there with Chris Spealler doing “Annie” with his headphones on (Spealler Classic!) but I can’t find it.  This will do for now:
