But first we have to celebrate the birthdays of two strong ladies – Heather & Annie!!

 *FEBRUARY CHALLENGE*  This month we are going after our most ambitious challenge yet….2,000 total workouts.  The ultimate goal with this is to encourage you to get into the gym!!  But you can also help by bringing in your friends to workout with us, encourage your fellow peers you don’t see as often to get in more, and 2-a-day training to get prepped for your best in the upcoming CrossFit Open. 
We understand that just walking through our doors is 75% of the battle for many of you. Make the commitment and we look forward to seeing you A LOT this month.
Oh, and why do this?? Because we give a sh*t about you!! The difference between us and the Mass-Volume-Super-Cheap Membership-Globo-Gym “Fitness Industry Professionals”, is that we want you to USE your membership and be very fit, healthy, and successful while enjoying the process.
Next up, ALPINE CROSSFIT SKI DAYS!  We have scheduled two shred-tastic days with your favorite people of ACF.  
1) This Saturday Feb 6th at Loveland.
2) Saturday Feb 20th at Keystone.
