Sharla linked her first kipping pull-ups yesterday during open gym.  CONGRATS SHARLA!!!  This is a skill she has been working on for months and she finally was able to master it during our open gym ours yesterday. We had 15 people come in and work on skills, catch up on a WOD or strength work, and/or get mobilized.  Very successful day!  Because of this, we’re going to do our best to make this a regular event on Sundays.  Stay tuned for exact times and details…
